Delivery Informantion

FKGI is based in Ireland, but we ship worldwide.

We deliver to over 200 countries; including the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Asia, Europe and various other locations. We send all parcels via a pre-paid and safe method of delivery. Shipping times are indicative from date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Please be aware that International orders may incur processing fees, import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. In addition, we cannot estimate how much tax and duties you will pay to your country as this is regulated by the respective country. Your local customs office should be able to estimate the price of the import fees.

All orders are shipped via An Post. Please note that delivery timeframes provided are estimates from An Post and may vary. Tracking is available for orders within the Republic of Ireland only.

While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for any issues that may occur during the delivery process. In the rare event that a package is lost, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost items.
